Egyptian Belly Dance for Women
This is a great way to keep fit and mobile! Each session starts with a warm-up on the floor to improve mobility, strength and alignment. Each week you learn new dance moves, using hips, spine and arms, all having fun dancing together to the inspiring rhythm of the music. Women of all ages and experience are welcome!
